Polish: Drożdżowe bułeczki z czarną porzeczką

– 500 g cake flour
– 7 g yeast instant
– 1 cup of milk
– 1/2 cup oil
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– vanilla sugar
– a pinch of salt
– homemade black currant jam

Mix flour, sugar, yeast, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl.
Mix warm milk, oil and eggs mix and pour into the flour bowl.
Mix everything carefully until dough no longer sticks to the spoon.
Leave to grow for 1 hour.
Divide into 16 parts and mold in small balls.
Gently press each ball.
Insert some jam on each pie and seal the opening
Allow buns to grow for 15 min
Preheat oven to in 180C/360F for about 15-18 min
Once done and cooled, buns can be frozen.
